A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Before you get started.
Will it work with my setup?
AAGearUP is being developed and tested with Android phones and the Android Auto Desktop Head Unit. Compatibility with every phone, head unit or vehicle has not been verified. Contact us with your setup before purchasing.
Is this an official Google product?
No. AAGearUP is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Android Auto is a trademark of Google LLC. The app organizes website shortcuts; it does not replace the Android Auto system.
What happens when the trial ends?
The app displays a trial-expired message and restricts browsing and playback. Paid licensing is being prepared; there is no checkout on this website yet. An internet connection is required to start and periodically verify the trial.
What advanced controls are included?
The development build includes video sizing, audio/video synchronization and a “Video in motion” setting for controlled simulation testing. These controls are separate from the favorites launcher. Screenshots and interface previews show development software; features may change before release.
How is trial information handled?
The app sends its app identifier and a hashed device identifier to a Cloudflare-hosted service, which stores the trial start and expiry times. This lets the service recognize the same identifier on later checks. This website has no sign-up form or added analytics scripts; the hosting provider may process technical request information.
